If this occurs, and you cannot find resolution within the clinic/ward/section you are in, you are encouraged to contact the hospital-provided patient advocates at 305-575-7007, who will assist you with your concern. You may also contact the patient representative if would like to compliment a particular staff member.

Veterans' Experience/Patient Advocate/Customer Service
The hours of operation for the patient advocate office are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Patient Representatives and Service Assistants are eager to assist any Veteran in facilitating change and achieving service recovery whenever possible. Service-level Advocates will attempt to remedy the issue at the lowest level, but if there are multiple services involved or there is a more complex issue at hand, these highly-skilled employees will assist in the process.
