Services
The Key West VA Outpatient Clinic offers the following outpatient services:
- Audiology/Hearing Aid Services
- Physical Therapy
- Primary Medical and Mental Health Services
- Psychiatry Services
- Social Work
- Telehealth (initial screenings, routine and follow-up care)
* Emergency services are not offered.
Registration and Enrollment
Pre-registration at this clinic is required. Patients not previously registered may do so at this location and will be given an appointment for a later date. Walk-in patients will be seen on a first-come-first serve basis. The clinic does not operate on weekends, evenings or federal holidays.
Pharmacy
Initial prescriptions for immediate use may be filled at the U.S. Navy pharmacy if they are authorized by your VA physician. The U.S. Navy pharmacy is located adjacent to the clinic. Requests for prescription refills will be mailed to the Miami VA Healthcare System's Pharmacy Service or handled through the automated telephone system. Medication refills or information about your VA prescribed medications can be obtained by calling the Miami VA Healthcare System Pharmacy Service at 305-575-3133 or 888-276-1785.
Transportation
The Monroe County Board of Commissioners’ Veterans Affairs Department provides a shuttle service for Veterans to and from Key West to the Miami VA. To reserve a seat or for more information, call 305-289-6009.
