Veterans' Experience/Patient Advocate/Customer Service
The hours of operation for the patient advocate office are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. You can reach them at 305-575-7007. Patient Representatives and Assistants are eager to assist any Veteran in facilitating change and achieving service recovery whenever possible. Service-level Care Partners will attempt to remedy the issue at the lowest level, but if there are multiple services or there is a more complex issue at hand, these highly-skilled employees will assist in the process.
